This popular New Hampshire swimming hole on the Lamprey River in the town of Durham is a hit! From the intersection of Bennet Road, turn left on Packers Falls Road. After you cross over the bridge, park in the small parking lot on the left.

The beautiful falls and whirlpool at Wilton Reservoir make it one of the most popular swimming holes in New Hampshire when the water is calm enough.
3. Humphrey's Ledge, North Conway

Humphrey's Ledge swimming hole is great because it is less popular than some of the other swimming holes along the Saco River. in North Conway. Driving north on West Side Road, continue .6 miles past Diana's Baths to Humphrey's Ledge Recreation Area on the left.

The trail from which to experience beautiful Falling Waters is accessible from route 93 north. After you pass the Basin parking area, look for signs for the Falling Waters Trail. Although there are no deep pools, there are plenty of spots along Dry Brook for splashing and wading.
5. Horseshoe Falls, Wilton

This deep swimming hole near Nashua is a popular spot. From Route 101A west, turn onto rt 31 in Wilton. After you go over a bridge, take an immediate left over the railroad tracks. Horseshoe Falls is about a mile down, just before you come upon Seagroves Street.
6. Paradise, Sawyer Brook, Bartlett

This swimming hole lives up to its name, with smooth rocks for jumping, deep water, and undisturbed beauty. From route 302 in Bartlett go 2.6 miles past Bear Notch Road. Park at the trailhead for Sawyer Pond Road and take the Barlett waterfall trail into Paradise. We're sure that it will be your favorite hike with swimming holes in New Hampshire!
